Jared Will

Jared Will is a member of the bar in Ontario, Quebec and New York State and has been practicing immigration and refugee law since 2006. He specializes in complex immigration and refugee matters, particularly those involving constitutional law, international criminal law, exclusion, inadmissibility and national security issues. 

Joshua Blum

Joshua Blum, a lawyer called to the bar in Ontario, has been practicing immigration and refugee law since 2012, and joined Jared Will & Associates in 2013. He specializes in refugee protection matters and maintains a litigation-focused practice.

Reni Chang

Maia Rotman

Maia Rotman is a lawyer called to the bar in Ontario. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science from the School of Oriental and African Affairs, University of London. She joined Jared Will & Associates in August 2017.

Julie Beauchamp

Julie is a graduate of the BCL/JD program of the Faculty of Law at McGill University. She was called to the bar in 2017 and worked as an immigration & refugee lawyer for a small boutique firm in Toronto before joining the Immigration and Refugee Board as a board member for the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) in 2019. She joined Jared Will & Associates in June 2022. Julie offre une représentation juridique en anglais et en français et parle un espagnol intermédiaire. Outside work, Julie is a triathlete and avid trail runner.

Anne-Rachelle Boulanger

Anne-Rachelle Boulanger is a lawyer called to the bar in Ontario and New York. She holds a Juris Doctor / Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge. She practiced immigration and refugee law at Jared Will & Associates from 2020 to 2023, and rejoined the firm in 2024. She also works at the HIV Legal Network.
